Procedure for gaining access to cleanroom

1. Complete all of the Training Tutorials found at the link below.

2. Attend the in-lab training. This is a 3 hour session that focuses on use of the lithography equipment and locations of safety equipment. Please review the cleanroom map before attending and familiarize yourself with any equipment you think you might be using. Training sessions are scheduled the 2^nd and 4^th Thursday of each month from 1 to 4 P.M. Please contact Jim Fraser, 422-4344, and let him know when you are planning to attend.



3. After completing steps 1 and 2, contact Jim Fraser, 422-4344, to have your ID card activated and to be added to the scheduler.
